Contemplating on Weebly

It's unfortunate how there isn't any fine Blogger App's in the App Store (for iPhone). I've been contemplating on switching to Weebly just because of its sleek features. I dislike the Blogger app for iPhone. It's inconvenient if you want to post more photos and features. However, many people have Blogspot and it's easier to follow. *sigh* I'm just finding excuses, I guess? I haven't updated in awhile. I know I should. I'm always home so I don't really have an excuse except my laziness. Haha, I need to slap myself. My parents would strongly disapprove my laziness. They hate laziness.

I may just suck it up with Blogspot... Or I may make my move to Weebly. Which ever I am most comfortable with! :D I'll update more on this matter later. Possibly tomorrow... Yes.

I hope everyone is doing well and staying healthy.

Idle for 2 Months

I know, I've been slacking on blogging. My apologies, but I'm back!

For the past 2 months I've been out of town, busy getting ready for my husband's deployment to Afghanistan, having siblings vacation at our place, people getting married at the court house, etc. etc. It's been a busy 2 months, I must admit. I enjoyed every moment of it.

Alright, enough ramblings. I've missed practically the entire month of May. I wanted someone to personalize my blog layout but the person that I asked is not moving to California! So she's super busy getting ready and I don't mind :D It's a beautiful opportunity to be able to go out there and pursue what you studied for. I'm sure she'll enjoy California and I wish her the best of luck!

Here is my Photo Diary for the month of May:

Myself & my friend, Jmin<3 Reunited at the LMFAO concert!

Far East Movement

Luckily with our awesome Groupon deal we only paid a couple bucks to be at the front floors (
$30 some dollars? I can't remember). After the concert, we smelled like Coronas
(that was sprayed onto the crowd). Best concert I've ever been to!

Anderson Cooper came to OSU and my good friend got us a ticket to see him talk! What's crazy is, some kid wasted a question by asking if he was gay. I was disappointed because I felt like there could of been better questions to ask! Weeks later, Anderson Cooper announced that he was gay. Crushed my friend's dream of marrying him, lol.

During the time I was home, I worked out, found out that I had a crazy allergic reaction to Mangos (lips were inflamed and water bubbles as if I had poison ivy), spent time with friends, went to my home church and relaxed with my parents. I drove straight back to ATL by myself (made it under 9 hours with a relaxed Husky). Here is my Photo Diary of Atlanta:

Proximo standing in the back seat but poking his head out to the front seat

Ate at TWO Urban Licks

I can't even remember what we ordered but one of the desserts came free of charge

Myself and my younger sister

Biggie (my sisters dog who is half Pitbull/German Shephard) sitting on Proximo's head

After I got home from Atlanta (which by then it was June) I had to go to Fort Stewart to pick up my husband from JRTC (Joint Readiness Training Center that was in Louisiana). There were a ton of families, children and dogs there. Waiting for their husbands/wives to be released. Everyone looked pretty excited and relieved to have their loved ones home. I had Proximo with me and everyone was loving his view. Proximo is always the center of attention. Huskies. Hahahaha.

I'll definitely post more about the rest of June-July. For now, I think this is enough. More photo diary updates to come! Tomorrow, perhaps.

Oh, and make-up reviews! This is my way of payment for missing blog posts, ha.

Until then, many blessings everyone!

My Proximo is almost 1!

I created a video of Proximo watching the 1st YouTube video I created of him... When he was just 7 weeks old :D *tear... Time flies! My baby boy isn't done growing yet! Last doctor's appointment he was weighed exactly 50lbs. After 2 year he should be completely grown. So we'll see how much bigger he's gonna get!

Here's the link to the YouTube video I created of Proximo: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MfNbkPdxJ-I

The sound is very low/soft because I created this video using my iPhone App iMovie!

Here's the 1st video I ever created of Proximo. For some odd reason, it won't play in certain countries (I believe) because of the background music I chose... Ugh, lame. :

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXLFETcrIRI

Some BS about 3rd Party content? Really, YouTube??? -_____- The sound on this video should be much clearer. I hope that doesn't bother any of you!

Ah... My baby boy Proximo... Was a tough 2 months training him. But it was all worth it.

I love my Siberian Husky.

Blogger Upgraded!

I haven't updated since the beginning of April! My apologies. I've been having fun in the sun with my husband and Proximo. I currently am tan and I love it! The great advantages of living in a Southern state. My birthday passed and I received wonderful gifts from good friends. Mostly make-up, I am so easy to please! I know that I need to post up photo's for a little show-and-tell for all of you.

All I've been doing lately is walking Proximo, hiking trails, laying out on the beach or pool, eating good food and supporting my husband through stressful times. He's a soldier for the United States Army and currently going through ranges all last week, this week, then Gunnery next week. Basically, he won't be home for a few days at a time.

Here goes my photo diary:

I love purple eyeshadow for brown eyes!

My Singaporean friend & I downtown Savannah (March 2012)

Hilton Head beach with my boys.

Being tourists in Charleston, SC (LV store!)

Walks with Proximo, my baby is so handsome.

Burger King breakfast when President Obama & 1st Lady came to Fort Stewart.

This is where we waited for the appearance of President & 1st Lady. It was SO hot & I have a bad jean shorts tan line.

Thank-you Eki for the BlogSale and delicious Strawberry KitKat bar!

Plum Sake and Peach Sake with massive amounts of Sushi after seeing the President.

Proximo loves me.

I have more photo's but I'll end this blog post for now. I'm going to try and diligently blog often. Especially the fact that my husband has to spend more time out on the range than normal. Will post photo's of my Nars purchases and birthday gifts by friends! I hope everyone is having a good week. And for those who are studying for finals/midterms (Ohio) I wish you the best of luck! Until then, many Blessings.

Eki Love is having a blog sale!

Here's the link:

http://store.ekilove.com/products/blog-sale/?page=1&pagesize=6&s=

She has a few Asian products that ate on sale but unfortunately her blog sale started over an hour ago ;( *wahwah* at least I was able to pick up 1 item. Nars eyeshadow in Java ($14). I checked online how much that same product could go for, the lowest I saw was $17. So I got a good deal! This would be my second Nars eyeshadow to own. I really do find Nars products as luxury items so I hardly ever shop Nars!!

I still need to review a whole bunch of make-up products and I am terribly sorry. Super lazy and finding other things to do (like... Eating. Fatass).

I've picked up a new eyebrow routine the other day! Much defined. But it's a lot of work just to fill in some eyebrows -_____-; but I kinda like it do far? I'll have to do a show and tell.

My "Eye Of The Day" has been kinda sloppy lately. I haven't been keeping up and also my inspiration keeps on plummeting. I'll get my inspiration back and add more videos or photos on this blog. Sigh*

Well, that's a small update for you guys! I really need to be diligent with my blog, my apologizes! I promise to keep this up. If you have any make-up requests, please leave a comment below! :) I'll do my best to answer.

Until then, blessings!

Package from Evonnz :D

First off, HOW did she put ALL of those goodies in that little box?! Each and every thing that came out of that box I kept on saying, "wow how did that get in there? Whoa. Wow. HOW?!" Hahaha.

Evonnz is a popular girl who lives in Singapore. I found her on Instagram and followed her on Twitter. She's a busy women who loves to share her beauty & fashion finds on her blog: evonnz.com

She's VERY kind. So kind, in fact, that she was willing to do an exchange. I really wanted to try out the ever-so popular 1 Day Tattoo K Palette Eyeliner, DUP Wonder Eyelid Tape, Nail Stickers, and Majorlica Majorca Mascara ^___^ I received all of those PLUS:
Eyelashes- All Belle from Taiwan, VP from Japan, Decorative Eyelash from Japan.
Hadalabo- emusifying lotion.
Baking Powder- Pore Cleansing foam from Korea.
Lip & Cheek tint by Yadah also from Korea.
Love More Mask from Taiwan.
Pearl Mask from Korea.
Beautiful purple eyeshadow palette.
Majorlica Majorca blush. Laneige hydrated skin (pink).
Ginvera that is similar to Cure Aqua Gel!

And other little things!

Oh Lord. All of that fit into that little box! (quality of photo's are poor due to iPhone 4)

I'm super excited to try all of these products! Once I have it all down, I'll definitely post up my review. Ah!! Evonnz is so kind! Too kind! I also sent her a box of products that she ordered for herself. I added in a few nail polishes but now I feel like I didn't send enough!

Thank you so much Evonnz. I appreciate you taking the time & going out of your way to get me this stuff. Please check out her blog and follow her! She reviews make-up products and color contacts <3

Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

Today's EOTD.

Light green, medium green then dark green. Mixed a little bit of black eyeshadow at the outer V of my eye and bam! There you go.

The eyeshades I can't tell you what or which company because I have no idea. My younger sister got me my first palette years ago for Christmas and I still use it to this day. She purchased it on eBay and we have no idea what company it is...

Inner part of my eye I used Urban Decay's Naked in 'Sin'. Eyeliner I used Mac Fluidline in Blacktrack then over that I put on my awesome Milani Liquify 24hr liquid eyeliner. Doesn't smudge! Mascara I used Maybelline's The Colossal volume mascara. False lashes are from eBay (really cheap).

Very simple St Patty's Day make-up! Don't you agree? What are you wearing for St Patt's? Or are you going out at all?

Proximo Neutered!

This morning at exactly 9AM I went to go pick up Proximo from the 204 Animal Hospital! He was neutered yesterday afternoon and was held there overnight. He's pretty moody right now, I'm letting the poor baby rest. He absolutely hates his cone of shame. :(

I took him in Tuesday morning around 7:45AM. He didn't eat or drink water the night before so he was thuper grumpy. He was howling like an un-trained husky and then he growled at one of the employee's while she was trying to take off his leash & collar. Honestly, Proximo was trained hard since the first day he came home with us (7 weeks old). He's a good dog, he just gets moody and grouchy when he's not fed or drank water for over 12 hours :/ The employee lady told me that we should have Proximo special obedience training and gave me a flyer. I got in my car and texted my hubby about this. Hubby doesn't believe Proximo needs training. We've attended PetSmart puppy training classes plus my hubby's been a dog owner since he was young. It's just that one time. One time he was in a bad mood because mommy & daddy didn't feed him or gave him any water for surgery. No big deal.

I paid over $340 dollars for dew claw (1 of the claws were hanging loosely so that needed to be removed), surgery, neuter inguinal... They also cleaned his ears & trimmed his nails. Unfortunately, when he stayed over-night they didn't cone him. Which didn't make sense to me because now his stuff is bruised and nasty looking for licking himself. Plus he has a bandaged leg from the dewclaw so... Why didn't they just cone him? *sigh* Proximo hates his cone.

When I was walking him back to my car I couldn't stop laughing. I feel so bad. He would hang his head low because of how he feels (sad, ashamed, pain, who knows) and the cone would drag on the ground then would get stuck! Poor little man! An oversized lamp around his neck is just so sad but so funny at the same time. Once we got home he ate all his food (Science Diet) and drank 2 full bowls of water. WOW! He's fine, no worries. He's gotten used to the cone so now he walks around with his head up high. We took a walk around the neighborhood (I followed where ever he went) and he was happy. Put his mood back to happy mode. I'm sure he'll feel much better tomorrow or the following day. :) I love my baby boy!

Oh, the reason why we neutered him is because we signed a contract with the breeder who sold us Proximo. She is an AKC breeder up in Grayson, GA for 11 years? We were supposed to neuter him by 7 months. Clearly he's not 7 months now, he's almost 10 months. We waited for his other ball to drop as long as we could, just because it would cost us so much more. We waited far long enough and just went on ahead. There's already so many dogs in this world, I wouldn't want to add any more.

One day I would love to rescue a dog. But for now, with the constant moving... 1 is enough.

Best Friends Animal Society - DogTown

Best Friends Animal Society: Our mission is to bring about a time when there are no more homeless pets.

(I've currently been watching this show and are on Season 3. I have so much respect for this place! It's apparently a very well known Dog Shelter but I never heard of it until now. I love each and every dog story and I cry most of the episodes.)

My Birthday Month!

I'm not sure what I'm really excited about this month. St Patty's is this weekend and then my birthday the next week. I guess what I'm really excited is SHOPPING! :D I've been trying to be a good house wife by not spending so much of my hubby's hard earned money (Army salary is much expensive than just regular earned money, in my opinion). Still, I am a girl and I do have wants/needs. I tend to want things that are "hip" like the Revlon Lipbutters, that I adore. Or some hair styling products for my long-ass hair (that's a need, lol).

Anyway, I got to use my Sephora gift card today! I saved it from Christmas just so I can spoil myself for my birthday. Makes me feel special. Haha! So here are some goodies that I'd like to share with you.

100 points I chose this Ole Henriksen sample! Saw reviews that it's supposed to aluminize your skin :) I can't wait to use this product! Anything to make my skin look young, flawless and glowy for summer.
For Sephora's Weekly Special I picked this Shiseido Benefiance (fo freee!) And it's coming in a deluxe sample.
I've always wanted an atomizer just because I do tend to travel back to Ohio time to time or to ATL and I've always hated carrying around my glass bottle of perfume. This only costed $3. I needed it to qualify for the free shipping!

Now look at this heavenly gift by Sephora. This is NARS Limited Edition set featuring 5 make-up products for $49! I have always wanted the blush/bronzer duo in Orgasm & Laguna! WAHOO! I've waited so long to get this duo and what's awesome is that it'll come with 4 other make-up products. I like NARS, my first NARS purchase was Turkish Delight lipgloss. Still have it, too! Then I purchased Laguna bronzer. The reason why I haven't purchased a whole lot of NARS products is because they are pretty expensive! So I always try to set myself up for a bargain. Tee-hee.

I also got 3 free samples and the Birthday Gift FRESH SUGAR KISSES MINI LIP Duo by Sephora. Looking forward to that! The last time I picked up any birthday gift by Sephora it was some kind of lip gloss, disappointing quality. It was by Sephora also. No offense.

My Favorite Bathroom Products

I am in loooove with these two products. Missha is a make-up remover and the green bottle is hair essence. LOVE. The Missha's make-up remover is similar to LancĂ´me's make-up remover but much affordable (on Missha website it is about $5 or $6 bucks)! The effectiveness is instant and fast. Gets me into the shower faster than my make-up remover wipes. I've always been annoyed at how long it took for me to take off all of my make-up! Now I am absolutely satisfied with Missha's make-up remover. Just use a cotton pad with a little bit of product, press gently onto your eye for 3 seconds and swipe off! Make-up all gone! Amazing!

The green bottle (Giesel) essence bottle is phenomenal stuff. My mom gave me this bottle because of how badly I needed it for my long hair (it's almost down to my hips). When your hair grows long, it tends to get knotted on the inside of your hair (behind your neck). Because of this wonderful hair essence that my mom got from Korea, my hair's been super soft and manageable! I know I need to order more back-ups of this stuff! Currently my 'HG' (holy grail) products!!!! *happy dance*

Today's Post on Instagram

Dinner Date With Hubby

Have I mentioned how much of a food lover I am? I love food. I'm not entirely picky at all. Last night my husband and I ate out at Houlihan's Restaurant & Bar. The restaurant is really nice. Inside the restaurant it's dim and romantic. It's basically a step up from Ruby Tuesdays or TGIF/Apple Bee's. I took some picture on my iPhone 4. Sorry if some are blurry. The quality isn't that great because I took the pictures quickly. I'm pretty impatient when it comes to food.

My husband's Fish Taco's

Squirting some lime on those Fish Tacos.

My Pot Roast (apparently their most popular dish)

Appetizer was Spinach Dip

I couldn't finish half of this Pot Roast. *stuffed*

For dessert we decided to try McDonald's Shamrock Shake.

The Shamrock shake was alright. I don't have a huge sweet tooth and this shake was too much for me. We ordered small's and I couldn't finish half either. I wouldn't order this again, I'd stick with the original cone or a small McFlurry.

So here are some random food facts about me:

1 food that I could eat everyday for the rest of my life- Gom Gook (Korean Oxtail Soup)
Food that I can never deny- Shrimp Cocktail, Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls, Lindt Truffles, Sushi, Sul lung tang (Korean Beef Bone Soup), Pho, Dduk Gook (Korean Rice Cake Soup)
Food that I strongly dislike- Beets, food that have too much vegetables with no flavor, and this one vegetable that my mom like to put in her stews... Forgot the name.
My hubby's favorite dish on special occasion- Vietnamese Thit Heo Kho (Caramelized Braised Pork & Egg)
My favorite dish on special occasion- Dduk Gook (Korean Rice Cake Soup), Meeyuk Gook (Korean Seaweed Soup), Ice Cream Cake from Dairy Queen :P
What is your top pick to eat in Savannah, Georgia- Sting Rays on Tybee Island, order the platter full of seafood for only around $20 bucks
What is your top pick to eat in Columbus, Ohio- Depends on what you crave & budget wise

If you're wanting to step up your brushes, you should definitely take a look at Sigma Beauty Brushes. Beautiful (soft) high quality brushes at affordable prices! Plus, spend $30 or more and you'll receive a gift! =)

My 1st Week with Blogger

This past week in the South was hot and kinda humid. Mostly around 81 or 82 degrees with sun shining. I would sit on my couch sweating while my Husky whined from the heat (poor baby). Yesterday, the North East had this horrible tornado storm that hit all the way down to the tips of Florida. Luckily, my area was safe with no damages. I feel so sorry for the people who lost their loved ones this past weekend. A mother's 4 year old child was ripped out of her arms and the child died along with the grandparents. I can not imagine what that mother is going through. With the amount of people's lives that were lost, may you Rest In Peace. I pray for the ones who are alive find some comfort through God and prayer... I am so sorry for your loss.

Today I went to church with my hubby and girl friend, beckywheee. Service was good and afterwards my girl and I went job hunting. The economy is absolutely terrible and the location that I live in is mostly touristy. Hardly any jobs available AND this state has the lowest minimum wage... So here it is, I live in:

Can you believe this? Back in my hometown the average is $7.70! Bleh. Wish me luck!

I've been out of work for over a year now. People tell me that they're jealous. I've basically been on a very long vacation. Currently, everything is being figured out and situated. I plan to go back to school! I look forward to my education and hopefully earning a nice living. I honestly don't want to rely 100% on my husband. It's nice to be taken cared of but I would also like to spoil my husband time to time. He's been super sweet letting me have what I need/want. I always feel guilty when I ask for things. There are times where I'd stay home for weeks just so I wouldn't spend any of his money. I just feel bad. Even when I was growing up I hardly ever asked my parents for money, I just felt bad! Regardless that my hubby is my hubby who's supposed to support me no matter what, I'd also like to return the favor~ besides feeding him, cleaning, laundry, blah blah!

My birthday is in 16 days. I don't know what to expect. I just hope for happiness. I had great birthdays while I was home in Ohio. I will forever cherish those memories. I'm married now and I live 11 hours away from home. It's time for me to relax, be happy and enjoy my birthday like any typical day... Except I hope I get ice cream cake! Yum...

How was your weekend?

ELF falsies & Revlon's Lipbutter
